3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at tokekwinn. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different names, phone numbers, ID numbers, or financial information is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Prohibited Conduct

• Use of any software, bots, automated scripts, or technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.

• Members will be notified via email regarding account suspension, except in cases of verified fraud where prior notice may not be given.
• You may also request self-closure of your account at any time by contacting tokekwinn customer support.
• Prior to closure, any valid balance will be refunded to you once the investigation and verification process is complete.
• Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for a refund of any remaining balance.

9 Liability Limits
